You can take out a refund guarantee with your insurance company to warn you of possible risks.
Deposit of 1000 euros to be paid in cash or via credit card.
An inventory is drawn up upon your arrival (from 4 p.m.) and upon your departure (at 10 a.m. at the latest).
For damage less than 100 euros, they must be paid at the time of your departure. Beyond 100 euros, the amount is taken from the deposit.

Domain of Orphée and Eurydice
From 1850 euros per week. All-inclusive price excluding cleaning costs, 150 euros.
Important note
The property is the only one located on the heights of a hill in the heart of a classified and protected forest area of more than 70 hectares. The site is sensitive. The land is not entirely and totally flat: it is established in “terraces” (restanques). The property is not recommended for very young children if left unsupervised as the garden is large. Part of the property is surrounded by a 15,000 volt electric fence to protect it from wildlife. Access to the residence is via a Canadian step. Children must remain under the close supervision of parents, adults must remain cautious when circulating on the property. There are no handrails in the house.
In the event of accidents, we decline all liability.
The municipal fire services (Firefighters) ask the occupants of the premises not to set fires on the property and its immediate surroundings, to avoid smoking outside the large terraces in order to avoid any risk of fire. The exterior of the property is under video surveillance for security reasons. The firefighters can come to the area at any time.
The roof terrace is inaccessible.
Le mas de la Vigne
From 1250 euros per week. All-inclusive price excluding cleaning costs, 150 euros.
Important note
The Mas de la Vigne is perfectly suited to young children because the garden is enclosed. Access to the residence is via a secure gate. There is no road near the house. This is accessible by a private road.
The property is located on a vast wine-growing site, you are surrounded by vines. You may occasionally encounter agricultural activity in the vineyard.
