In the north of the Vaucluse department, located in the middle of the Côtes du Rhône vineyards near Sablet, this 19th century farmhouse is very comfortable. It will seduce you with its authenticity combined with a contemporary interior. It is quiet and not overlooked. For wine lovers, the region is a paradise. Between Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, there are dozens of wine cellars to discover. Hikers or bikers will go for a stroll in the Dentelles de Montmirail, clearly visible from the house. Vaison-la-Romaine is 15 minutes away. Your days will be punctuated by the song of the cicadas.

The house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Its very thick walls ensure freshness in summer.
